Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the services of MocoSpy, then you can claim within 14 days. The refund time will start at the time when you have subscribed to the Policy and the time when you have registered for the refund policy. Partial refund conditions

When the customers claim the refund in the 14 days, then the partial refund will be entertained in the following conditions that fall under the following criteria.  If the customers of the MocoSpy is not satisfied, but the reason is relatively odd, then the refund of the 50% of the amount will be processed. 

If there is any compatibility issue, also then also 50% of the price will be refunded for the remote installation. In the case of the device activations with the antispyware and the antivirus and the customers are not willing to remove it, then 50% of the amount will be refunded to the purchaser.

If the customers are not willing to access it on the target phone and the issue will be unresolved, then only 30% of the amount will be refunded. If you are unable to cancel the subscriptions, then only 30% of the amount will be refunded. 

Moreover, the user can offer the rest of the services. Furthermore, they will also get the extension of the 30 days.  If the issue persists and the customers care services are not responding to their queries, then 50% of the amount will be offered.

No Refund conditions

There are some of the conditions through which there will not be any refund be offered, and your request for the return would be canceled.

  • If the MocoSpy customers care team has evidence that the product has been used, then no refund will be allowed. Moreover, if the customer wants the features and at the end of the day, the features are misread from the list.
  • There will not be any refund if the customer has the subscription, and then he claimed that had changed his mind or due to any of the odd reasons he does not have any access to the internet.
  • Once the refund claim has been made, then customers do not have the subscription plan, or the customers have not followed the instructions properly.
  • If the target device would be any of the MAC, android phone, or the other windows, then the purchase of the MocoSpy will not be refunded at all.
  • If the target issue has been resolved by the customers, care teams and customers did not get any application on the target device.
  • In case of any poor connections of the target devices, then also no refund would be allowed.
  • There will not be any detection work on the target device; then, no detection will be offered. Moreover, no applications of the undetectable would be accepted for the case of the refund.

Chargeback Policy

  • If you have subscribed to the MocoSpy, then it is the indication that you agree to the terms and conditions that are given below.
